As an eighteen-year veteran of the airline industry, Neil runs Distribution Strategy for American Airlines, with a focus on the future. He oversees teams responsible for Domestic and International Distribution Strategy, NDC Technical Development, Online Travel Agency Distribution and Data Commercialization.
Neil’s time at American has been spent in a variety of roles, from driving email marketing strategy to managing pricing and yield management for AA’s Pacific network. During his time in Revenue Management he was responsible for launching AA’s joint business with Japan Airlines. Prior to joining the Distribution Strategy group, Neil was responsible for AA’s Domestic Sales strategy, with a particular focus on the Corporate, Agency and Group and Meetings travel segments.
