Shannon Kelly is Director, Ancillary Pricing Strategy at Farelogix, where she is responsible for guiding customers in the development and implementation of advanced retailing strategies.
Shannon is a seasoned airline commerce and IT professional with experience spanning commercial, customer experience, and operational verticals. In her tenure with United Airlines, Shannon held several senior roles, including Director of Irregular Operations Planning, where she led machine learning efforts to optimize the outcome of automated rebooking processes during disruptions.
Before joining Farelogix, Shannon was Senior Director, IT Customer Experience, at Hawaiian Airlines.
A graduate from Colorado State University, Shannon holds a Bachelor of Applied Science – BASc in the field of Mathematics and Computer Science.
